General Informative Note on Processing Personal Data
Distinguished Participant,
Your first and last name, Turkish ID Number, your organization’s name, title and contact details that you have submitted through personal application, all forms of electronic records or electronic mail intended to help attend the ‘Turkish Capital Markets Congress’ organized by the Turkish Capital Markets Association (TSPB) and the Turkish Capital Markets Association Commercial Enterprise (TSPB-II) shall be processed by TSPB and TSPB-II for the following purposes based on the legal grounds set out in accordance with Article 5 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data for it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligation and it is essential to process personal data of the parties to a contract, provided that it is directly related to the conclusion or execution of the contract.
- Confirmation of your attendance/entrance into the venue,
- Security reasons,
- Identifying the number of participants and generating other types of statistics,
- Offering details into the congress,
- Running any application of TSPB,
- Informing participants of content, opportunities, and novelties delivered by TSPB and sponsors/funders,
- Notifying users and sending emails to them to inform them about events to be held, sponsored, or announced by TSPB,
- Collecting your request about the communication or TSPB magazines and publications or their promotion,
- Rendering services that you may request from TSPB,
- Donating to non-governmental organizations named by TSPB as part of congress registration procedures.
Your personal data may be communicated to business partners, suppliers, legally-authorized public agencies, non-governmental organizations, private persons and corporations to achieve the aforementioned purposes.
You can send your requests as per Article 11 of the Law on the rights of the data subject to tspb@globalturizm.com.tr by your registered e-mail address in accordance with the ‘Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application in the Data Controller’ or you can deliver your requests in writing to the Association residing at Büyükdere Caddesi No:173 1. Levent Plaza A-Blok Kat:4, 34394 Levent, Şişli, Istanbul.

Commercial Enterprise (TSPB-II) shall be processed by Global Turizm Organizasyon Hizmetleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. for the following purposes based on the legal grounds set out in accordance with Article 5 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data for it is mandatory for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligation and it is essential to process personal data of the parties to a contract, provided that it is directly related to the conclusion or execution of the contract.

- Offering details into the congress,
- Operation and event management,
- Running operational procedures for goods and services,
- Running operations under the applicable legislation and informing authorized bodies and organizations,
- Donating to non-governmental organizations named by TSPB as part of congress registration procedures.
Your personal data may be communicated to business partners, suppliers, legally-authorized public agencies, non-governmental organizations, private persons and corporations to achieve the aforementioned purposes.
